We stand behind the quality of our supplements and want every customer to have a positive experience with Modern Warrior.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued within 30 days of the delivery date for:
- Incorrect items received
- Damaged items
- Dissatisfaction with product quality (first-time purchase only)
Refunds apply only to purchases made directly through ModernWarrior.life.
To request a refund, contact support@modernwarrior.life with:
- Your order number
- The reason for the request
- Any relevant photos (if the product arrived damaged)
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following cannot be refunded:
- Products marked as final sale
- Items returned after 30 days
- Empty bottles or containers
- Products purchased from third-party retailers
- Digital products or downloadable guides
- Subscription orders that have already shipped
3. Returns
In some cases, we may ask for the product to be returned for inspection.
Return shipping instructions will be provided by our support team.
Unapproved returns sent back without authorization may not be eligible for a refund.
4. Refund Processing
Once your request is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–7 business days for processing
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is complete
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges, but you may request:
- A refund (if eligible), or
- A replacement (if the product was damaged or defective)
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to feel confident using our products. If it's your first time trying a Modern Warrior supplement and you’re not satisfied, contact us — we’ll work with you to make it right.
