Ready by MW — SHIPPING POLICY

At Ready by MW, our goal is to process and ship all orders quickly and accurately so you can begin your wellness journey without delay.
1. Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During product launches, promotions, or peak seasons, processing times may extend slightly but will never exceed 5 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Estimated delivery:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance, weather, and destination.
3. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
4. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- We will contact you directly
- You may choose to reship (additional shipping fee applies)
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect information provided at checkout.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If the carrier marks your package as delivered but you have not received it:
- Please check with neighbors, your mailbox, parcel lockers, and local post office first
- Then contact us within 7 days for assistance
Damaged items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with photos.
6. International Shipping
At this time, Ready by MW ships only within the United States.
